      I contracted Certa Pro painters to paint my house October 2022. After it was painted the front of my house developed bubbles all over. I contacted CertaPro in April 2023 regarding the bubbles, after numerous phone calls and emails they indicated they would send someone out to look at the bubbles. After coming out they determined they would fix the front of the house, by sanding the bubbles and painting over them. Getting a date to get this done again took multiple phone calls and emails consisting of dates they would be at the house, but no one showing, and then having to call to get another date. They came out popped the bubbles, no sanding and then painted over them, not all bubbles were done either. They left without having me come out and look. After they left I took the pictures attached. I reached out to ****** again with pics showing her what they did. She indicated someone would be out to have another look. A month went by with no outreach so I sent another email and called asking for resolution. They sent a representative who came to my house today, indicating they cannot control the bubbles and it had nothing to do with them, it was a house issue. I was told by ****** that they have a 3 year guarantee on their work.

      5/12/21 a contract was drawn to complete painting services for a concrete patio, deck with stairs and rails, front entry door, trim and side windows and 2 garage doors.It took 7 months for them to complete the job. All along there was issues with the concrete patio and deck bubbling and peeling. There were multiple conversations with the sales associate-*****************. On 12/6/2021 request was made to pay the balance and I voiced my concerns to the Production Associate-******************************* about the quality of work. She emailed that the work was guaranteed. In 2022, they had sent 2 painters to fix the issue, which it was not fixed. **** reached out to me and left a message stating that they would correct the problem and reach out to me in 2023. I have not received any updates or follow up from either him or a representative from CeraPro Painters. I have texted **** on 5/1/23 and 5/22/23-no response. I just emailed ******************************* and am hoping to hear back. This job has been paid in full and the quality of work is extremely poor. They advertise:OUR CERTAINTY SERVICES SYSTEM: To ensure that the project meets your expectations, we will:Meet with you at the beginning of the project to ensure all information is up to date and accurate.Communicate with you daily to inform you of what has been completed, what will be done tomorrow and any possible issues.And finally, have you do a final inspection with us to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the completed project.Both my husband and I are not satisfied with the quality of their work!
