    4/21/23 Met with ********************* at my home. Showed him Cedar Deck with 2 cracked steps, 3 wood planks showing signs of possible rot & a 20'ft. span of rail I wanted replaced with a trex brand drink rail, it is a wider top board where you can set your plate or drink. I explained wanting to repair, strip, deck restained & Rail replaced. Thursday 4/26/23 ER said they were coming to start work on 4/27/23. Showed up 4/28/23, power washed only. Received text 4/30/23 stating due to bad weather, the job is postponed until it get better. ER Showed up 5/5/23 Did work, got paid $2218.00 but it wasn't til it dried before We got a good look at the work that had been done. The ************** were pieced together, the seams were filled with filler. The rail that was placed ER called me & explained he could only get the rail in white but the material can be stained exact color. If I don't like it ER said he would replace it. The first time We contacted ER was 5/10/23 explaining the step he replaced had cracked at the filler. That is when we noticed every place that was repaired had filler to make it APPEAR to be repaired. ER text back he could spend a day next week to review everything. We called & text, We didn't get a response until 5/28/23 Sayin so sorry He can come to the house either 5/29/23 at 10am or 6/2/23. Of which he didn't show. Got another text 5/31/23 apologize for not being able to keep appointments due to other projects. Told me to send pictures? He'll set a date to fix it. 6/9/23 Received text that he can come 6/16/23 to come address my issues. I called him, no answer. 6/28/23 He text me to tell me he would call me later. 7/25/23 I called, no answer. I text ER that I hoped to have had this work completed by now. He text me back telling me I can wait a week and a half to give him time. Today is 8/22/23 The repairs still have not been done. I have added pictures of the problems, receipt & all communications.
