I went online to order a pizza for delivery because it was raining, usually I pick up my pizzas. The computer said we use Post Mates for delivery, so I entered my address and ordered my pizza. This is something I have never done before online.I noticed that I had not entered a coupon code, so I called the number provided. They told me that they dont take coupons at this time, so I told the young lady that I would call the store directly, she said nothing about the order.I called the Rosatis store, I told them I had a coupon that I wanted to use. They informed me that they did not have an order for me, so I proceed to re-order. I wanted to make sure that I dont get charged twice and the manager that is always there assured me that he will make sure I dont get two pizzas, or get charged twice. I actually called the store several times to tell them I was receiving text messages from post mate that my pizza was ready and that they are delivering my pizza?Again I called Rosatis to make sure I was not going to be charged twice. Again they reassured me that they would make sure that I was not double charged. I did have two charges on my bank account, but was told one would be removed. When the charge was not removed I called Rosatis and asked the manager about the charge and he told me:oh well, its too late to do anything. I said so you owe me a pizza and he asked If I wanted to place another order, I said no, not if I am going to be charged again. I told him that I would never order from them again, he did not seem to care.I contacted Rosatis home office since they are a franchisee, they told me that they dont have control over that store. I would think that if a company is being represented, that they would make so everything was handled correctly.I tried to cancel the charge through my bank and they contacted Post mate. Post mate said that since I did not call them to cancel, that I have no rights. I was told by the store that it would be handled
