      We are an elderly couple, husband 84 and me 78. On 12/19/23 we were victims of deceptive practices as follows. And even though it has been more than 10 stressful months, we are still due proper redress. We called Aqua Plumbing, now Perfect Home Services, because to our Heating system was not kicking in. The technician, ***** *****, looked it over, showed us pictures that he said he took of our unit on his PC, and stated we needed a replacement. He gave us an estimate which seemed very high, but not wanting our heat to fail in the middle of winter, we accepted and paid with credit card.Subsequently, I saw that the company's websisite offered discounts and rebates plus zero interest finanancing, all never mentioned by *****. I called him to inquire and request the discounts and rebates. He said he could see the discounts "on his end" and sent an email with details. But the invoice does not reflect such discounts.I then contacted the manager, ***** (******?), and after several calls back and forth, on January 22, 2024, he asked me what it would take to make me a satisfied customer. I stated that I wanted a refund of the stated credits and discount specified in ******* email.He said he would forward to customer service for processing.On 2/1, the customer service lady offered $250 refund. I said that was not what ***** an I discussed. She then offered $500 and would not budge, so we ended the call. After that I made several attempts to straighten it out with *****, but he would not longer take my calls.The total amounts due us: 15% discount of $2138.74 and the $500 rebate.

      My complaint was closed by you, but it has not been resolved. After you sent me ******* ********
      reply, I  tried repeatedly to contact her (as she requested) but, to date, she never returned my calls. Therefore, I would like to re-open my complaint to address her lack of response.
