This company's main purpose is to extract as much money as possible from your homeowners insurance company. *****'s beware before approving estimates with your insurance company on their behalf.Global Exteriors Experts

Hi Mr. ******,We're sorry to hear that and apologize for any inconvenience. However, when you contacted us to help you with your insurance claim, we explained verbally and in writing (Contract) all clauses and the insurance process to which you agreed and signed off on. When the adjuster came he gave us a very low estimate, and we explained to you that your insurance did not pay enough for your roof replacement. Further, Global Exterior Experts worked with your insurance for months to get the correct estimate approved. You also had cedar wood shingles, but you wanted to upgrade to Davinci shingles, so we gave you a price for the upcharge. After we placed the order you changed your mind about the color, so we had to pay a restocking fee which we never charged you for, and you were aware of it. After we finished the roof replacement, you decided to do more work (retail) soffit, fascia, gutter guards, and snow guards that you also signed contracts for with Global Exterior Experts.When all the work was completed, you stopped answering our calls, text messages, and emails. We tried calling you several times to collect the balance due. After a while, you texted us back saying you wanted a discount and you wanted us to waive your deductible, to which we replied waiving it is illegal. Since we had already waived the restocking fee and given you a discount on the other repairs (retail), we couldn't give you a discount. After we explained to you why we couldnt give you a discount your response was to write a bad review. We can not do anything illegal to prevent you from writing false statements. Global Exterior Experts replaced the roof and gutters on our home after a hail/windstorm. ***** was very proficient and professional in getting the request for insurance coverage completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed through the whole process.The teams that did the roofing and gutter replacement were professional and efficient in completing the replacements and cleaning up the job site once they were finished. I am very satisfied with the workmanship as well as the handling of the project from start to finish. Though when I noticed a mistake, I let them know and they came and fixed it right away. I would recommend this company for this type of work to anyone that has a need and would definitely use this company again.Global Exteriors Experts

Global was recommended to us for a gutter job. ***** came by to look over the issue and noticed that we had hail damage. He offered to file a claim for us. I said why not? It all ended with us getting a new roof on our garage and new redwood vinyl siding on our house!! Global handled everything. Wonderful company to work with. Even gave us some extras. All the work crews were friendly, efficient and professional. If you need any siding, roofing work done, this is the company to hire!Global Exteriors Experts
