    Al.  I am so sorry you feel that way.

    1.  Your windows were installed 20 years ago.

    2.  ************ has moved and is much further from your home.

    3.  I will be happy to dispatch a service technician.

    4.  As explained to you, the cost of travel time and actual service time will be prohibitive.

    5.  There are many windows technicians very close to you.  *********** window repair near me.

    6.  If you are willing to pay to cost of a technician 4 hours travel time and the cost of actual work time, please call the office.  

    My sincere apology if this was not communicated clearly from the start.

    I am rejecting this response because: they were sent out with rep from factory to up date hard ware only did one window and took rest of parts I call factory and they said they should have done it we gave them hard ware
