    I recently received a call from an individual named Anand, and I was extremely disappointed with the way he conducted himself. His tone was unprofessional, condescending, and outright disrespectful. Regardless of ones credentials, treating people with basic respect is fundamental.He repeatedly mentioned his ***** certification, but professionalism is about more than just credentialsits about effective communication, respect, and integrity. In the field of security, strong communication skills are just as critical as technical expertise. Given his demeanor, I find it hard to believe he upholds the professionalism expected from someone with such a certification.I strongly urge a focus on professional conduct and respectful communication moving forward. We are all human, and courtesy should be the baseline in any interaction.
