  I called this tow company at 9pm (and I have my call logs) because my wheel popped off and the man said he couldnt tow my vehicle because he only had one guy out and he wasnt able to do so. I then sat with my truck until 10:18pm trying to have it towed, no luck. As soon as I left my vehicle the residents called and reported a vehicle that had been in an accident and was left in the middle of a roadway. Which was NOT true, SCR the proceeding to wrongfully tow my vehicle without a accident report, no sign of an accident, no proof other than word of mouth from someone who also, not only did not have proof but wasnt even present when they arrived to my vehicle. And the vehicle also was not in the middle of the street (I have a photo of my vehicle on the curb by the way) 10:44pm they arrived to tow the vehicle. refused to give me a copy of the tow report so I took a photo of that while at the impound lot. My vehicle was NEVER in an accident, the tow truck driver was already aware that my tire popped off. Once he got the call stating my vehicle was in an accident he could have simply stated that he had already gotten the call and there was no accident. Instead once I located my vehicle at 5am 12/10 and the tow driver stated that I crashed my car then abandoned it so he had to tow it WHICH IS NOT TRUE . Although dismantled, my vehicle was not in an accident, nor abandoned because it has to alone for 2hours or more to be considered abandoned in a roadway. AND IT WAS NOT IN AN ACCIDENT which is why they towed it, therefore my vehicle should have been left alone until I had AAA arrive. Once aaa did arrive at 11:20pm on 12/9, my vehicle had already been impounded and I couldnt even locate it, APD was giving me the run arounds for hours but only because they had no parts in this as Kane county assisted the driver with what is nothing more than a WRONGFUL tow, and I want my money back.

  We did receive a call from ***** for a quote to tow here vehicle.  She declined service because the price was too high.  The **************************** then called us to tow the vehicle as it was broken down and abandoned and impeding traffic lane (Police Report #****-00049743). Photos and police report attached.  ******************** also placed a hold on the vehicle because the driver had a suspended driver's license, and the vehicle did not have insurance.  We are contracted with the **************************** and follow the contracted rates for towing they have set forth in our contract.  You may contact the arresting officer with the Kane County Sheriff at ************.
