I traded in a 2023 *** K5 with ****** miles. For a 2021 Dodge Durango from Magana auto sales. Literally the next I get an oil change because it had no oil in it. I pull out of the oil place and the windshield wipers to start going crazy all the accessory dashboard lights come on and then the car will not start. I finally got it started and got it home and it did that exact same thing again. I just want my car back.

We were notified about this by the customer, and we asked her to bring the vehicle in for inspection. The vehicle was working fine, it was driven out of state. Like we explained to her when she called, she can bring the vehicle in to have our mechanic look at what's going on with it. As of today, April 7, 2025 the vehicle hasn't been brought in for inspection. We always do our best to help our customers in the best was possible.

MAGANA AUTO SALES sold me a car that I broke down within a year of financing the car. Ive been in communication with them from the beginning up until the manager ***** Magana is refusing to make the situation right. I paid $85 for a gas shock absorber on the right side and complained about the issue not being fixed. I bought the car back and was told it was something else and paid $800 for a car repair. The next day the car broke completely down. And I was refunded only for the electrical issue because Magana Auto Sales stated they couldnt fix the electrical after I drove off relying on them to have the issue fixed. And was I told them the next day the issue wasnt fixed they referred me elsewhere and didnt agree to giving me anything back until I pressed the issue. Later it was discovered by another mechanic that the right gas shock absorber was never fixed or replaced and that that was the original part that came on the car (manufacture part). I paid $1,800 for the repair due to the original issue piecing the wires and resulting in a bigger problem/damage. I then return to MAGANA AUTO SALES and spoke with the Manager/Owner ***** Magana and he told me he is unwilling to refund for the issue. The car was broken down for months and I have call records and a witness to this entire issue.

We sold this used vehicle to *************** with a motor and transmission warranty for 30 days 500 miles. ***** is the same warranty on all our vehicles under 150k miles. We do offer extended warranties for sale and that was declined in writing by the customer.
The repairs she is referring to occur on May 6, 2022, over a year ago. I have attached copy of the invoice. That was an invoice for $173.66.She did not complain or called having any issues with the repairs. She came back on October 12, 2022 (over 5 months later) the vehicle was towed here. The car wasn't starting the mechanic notice the vehicle had been in an accident and there was damage on the trunk we recommended her to take it to get inspected because the impact might have caused damage to the electrical system in the vehicle.
He got it to start and notice the front brakes and rotors were in bad shape and the vehicle needed an oil change and a new battery. We contacted the customer and she agreed to change front brakes and rotors and an oil change, she declined the battery. After further inspection the mechanic informed ** that the vehicle had an electrical issue, he replaced fuses and ran power tests and after 8 hours of labor looking for the electrical problem, he found several burned fuses and replaced them. After driving the vehicle, it was running fine. We invoice *************** $800 total. In December she called stating the car was not starting again. We recommended her to take the vehicle to an electrician and refunded her $400 12/6/2022 check no. 15710.(Im attaching the second invoice).
On May 17, 2023 (7 months after we last worked on her car) she came into our offices asking for a refund, she did not specify any amount. We are not responsible for maintenance, wear, and tear due to use, and are not responsible for any work and or repairs that she paid for to any repair shop.
We always strive to help our customers and serve them with fair prices. And we do our best to have open communication with them.
