    After lying to me about being able to help me reduce my tax debt and causing us to actually be even more in debt to the *** than we would have been if we just dealt with them directly, I paid tax resolution advocates to file my 2024 taxes about a week before the deadline. They still have not filed my taxes as of June 4th and when I called about a month ago they told me its a first come first serve basis and they are behind I then asked if I would be charged penalties and if theyd filed an extension on our behalf he said they cant guarantee there wont be any penalties. All I want is them to do the job they have already charged us for and file my taxes.
