    I am filing a complaint because of the POOR quality of the fabric for an outdoor remote controlled awning. I have been the one actively contacting the company. I have provided pictures twice. I was told new fabric would be ordered and installed. Then told the supplier thinks the fabric should have been installed in a reverse manner - enven though it was installed the way it was rolled in the shipping box. When they came and took the fabric off and hand rolled it in the reverse direction and then re-installed - it was worse. I sent photos. Then 6 weeks of silence. I reached out to them and then was threatened that I was past due and would be sent to collections. I had to pay full price for poor quality to avoid collections and am now reaching out to BBB to assist **** would like any of the three options I had proposed to the company: 1. Remove the awning, repair the outside siding of any holes and I owe nothing. 2. Order new fabric and install it in the Spring (as it comes out of the box rolled and taught) and I owe the full amount of $2,605.00 - as long as the fabric isnt damaged.3. Reduce the price to compensate for the sub-par fabric. I will accept the fabric as is - no further installing needed.Please see the attached document that provides a timeline and photos.
