    This is in reference to complaint ID ********. The Business has scheduled my procedure for the same day it was originally scheduled. While I have to go to an inconvenient location at an inconvenient time, my issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.

    ****** *******ent, it was scheduled in the office by an employee. They selected the person who would be scheduled to complete my procedure. The woman I spoke with was not very empathetic and seemed to have a script rather than being solution-oriented. I find it completely unreasonable for me to shoulder the burden of the scheduling error on their end. I should have been fit in on the schedule somewhere else on my originally scheduled day.

    Derick Dermatology Office Manager, ***** *., reached out several times to discuss complaint filed by Mr. ********* by phone call on Thursday, 1/16/25, and by phone call and text message on Friday, 1/17/25.  Text message and voicemail messages were left inviting Mr. ******** to call back to discuss complaint in order to reach a resolution.  As of 1/20/25 Mr. ******** has not called back or responded to text message; therefore, concerns mentioned in complaint have not been able to be addressed and discussed.

    I went to ***** Dermatology for approximately 2 years. I had stopped going because my issue had been resolved. I received an invoice from them for $500-+ dollars for services that were performed over a year and a half ago without insurance being charged. When I called I was told that they billed the wrong insurance company and thats because I didnt give them updated information. By the time the billed the correct insurance company insurance denied the charges because they waited so long. Its not right that I get a bill almost 2 years later and now they are charging me interest on it as well. Had they called me initially and told me it was the wrong insurance 1.5 years ago it could have been corrected. (If that was the real reason) I would like to have them waive the charges as I feel like it was their fault.
