    I purchased an alleged mini dachsund from Lawson Ridge Kennels in ***** Il on April 7, 23 for ***** dollars. Explaing to the seller I am handicap and need a small dog she assured me it was. Shortly after purchase had dog DNA done and it showed the dog to be *****% Miniature Dachshund *****% Chihuahua 5.18% Dachshund (Longhaired)3.61% Poodle (Miniature)and the dog now weighs 14.1 lbs. and is 9 months old. She had agree through messenger to refund $200.00 by mail and then she blocked me and never sent the money.

    DNA done on both parents.  Also breed still has siblings to that dog and the dog weighs 7lbs. The breeder can not control the weight of the dog.  Per the contract that is given to the buyer weight is not guaranteed for any dog.  A miniature Dachshund weighs on average between 10 to 12lbs.  Only guaranteed given to puppy buyer was a one year genetic and parents and sibling are three genetically tested as a miniature Dachshund.  There is no guaranteed that the puppy buyer had dog genetically tested or if that test has been compromised.

    I am rejecting this response because:I was promised a $ ****** refund from the breeder on the phone and in several messages. There is no reason to think the *** test is inaccurate.in anyway as the dog's current weight at over 16lbs. before one year of age bears  this out.
