    My mother was under the care of this company for a month, leaving on February 2nd, 2024. They sent a bill in the mail in late June for $400.80. This was promptly paid through the bank. The next month, another bill was sent stating the bill has yet to be paid. I called and left 3 messages on the business admins phone and my call was never returned. I checked with the bank and confirmed it was paid back in June. I called the nurse liaison and she stated she has nothing to do with bills and cannot help me further. I called again and left a message that was never returned. Today I received another bill for the same amount. I need the bills to stop, they are aggravating my ill and disabled father and no one will respond when I try to contact them to stop the bills when the bill has been previously paid.

    Hello,

    So sorry for the delay in responding.  Without being given the guest's name, had to do a bit of research.  To give some context, billing from a skilled nursing facility with insurance or private pay isn't an exact science.  I needed to check a few things out before responding, but we do show that the account is paid in full.  Unfortunately, the payment wasn't posted before the next statement was sent which is why the complainant received another invoice. 

    There shouldn't be any more coming her way.  We are here if she has any additional questions.  She is welcome to call the company's CareLine at any time at ************ if further assistance is needed.
