I wouldn't even give this company one star. The installation for two closets without any drawers cost me $4000 of course that did not include the shelving. If I included the showing it would've been over $7000. So I went for it to have the installation done and I would hire contractors to cut down the *** laminate board to fit in the shelves. The work was done by a very nice young man but the work was not done well. There were trim pieces hanging off, Not secured in anyway. The vertical shelving was put in off plum buy a quarter inch which met my carpenters had to cut each shelf separately to make them fit in. I called the company and asked if they would reimburse me for the extra money *************************** charged this company is a scam there are many nice closet companies out there do not use closets by design.

First of all, we sold to this customer. They actually used us before quite successfully. The design was excellent and we have pictures to prove that the install went very well. However, the customer chose to not want to pay for shelves and save some money and have her contractor/son-in-law create their own shelves and insert into the system. By modifying the system and adding in shelves that are not properly fitted (and also not done by us), this can cause the panels to bow out (if shelves were made too big) or shelves to fall out (if made too small). Shelves that are too big likely caused the bowing of the panels. Everything we make is 3/4" panels throughout and made to withstand most abuse by a customer. However, modifying the system like they did will cause problems. Lastly, she demanded that we reimburse her for her contractor/son-in-law that likely caused the problems in the first place. That said, we have attempted to call her a number of times and even to come out at our expense to address the problem but she keeps hanging up on our installation manager.
