I've been using Bartlett Heating and Air for over a year now and the service has always been great. My service tech, who's name starts with S, was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. That's about as good as it gets.

5 starsBartlett Heating and Air Conditioning repaired our old furnace when it was starting to act up and got 3 more years of use out of it for minimal cost. They also installed a new furnace for us last year when the old one finally wasn't worth fixing anymore. The employees are very honest, straightforward, clean, and efficient. Not many places would tell you to keep your old furnace because you can still get more use out of it, but Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning did!Bartlett **************************** Conditioning also installed a new humidifier for us and comes out for yearly clean & checks for all our HVAC needs. I recommend them to all of our friends and family, and no one has been disappointed. Great company!!Update: We have been using Bartlett **************************** Conditioning for over 10 years now. We recently moved to a new home, and Bartlett **************************** Conditioning replaced our entire HVAC system in our new home.They are the first company I call for our HVAC needs, and there is no reason to call anyone else.Great prices, great technicians, truly a business you can trust!!Update Pt. 2: I called them and asked for service and duct cleaning due to our dog getting skunked and the smell being in the furnace filters and air ducts. Bartlett Heating and Air got technicians to my home ASAP, and faster than I could possibly hope for. I know they squeezed me in, but the company sent 2 technicians that did an extremely thorough job! They cleaned and sanitized, and when they left the smell of skunk was GONE! The technicians to time and care to do the job right just like they have done every single time they have been in my home. Company is great to deal with. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every service person there has been helpful and respectful. They explained the install process in detail, were prompt, and did a great job. My furnace and ac look great and they cleaned up everything nicely. I've had it cleaned and maintained 2xs since and each time they said a 3hr window of 9 to 12 and arrived promptly at 9. I shopped around to other places and Bartlett was the best value.
