  No show on appointment. I used this service for years, and it was excellent. However, the last appointment (12 pm - 1 pm) was not held. After a phone call, and the statement they we running late, the new window (1:45 pm to 2:45 pm) was given, with the real estimate around 2 pm. 4 pm no show, no calls. Finally, about 4:30 pm the call from them saying too late to come and reschedule to tomorrow morning. I spent half a day waiting for them, and did not receive any information until the end of the day, so it was enough for me. I cancelled this. This business practice is not acceptable. Two stars for previous business only

  Paid for our gutters to be cleaned. Two days after they preformed the job well noticed our gutters over the garage were filled with leaves still (no leaves falling in the winter so they were clearly not cleaned). I called and emailed the company and provided photos. I requested the job be done with photos afterwards to show they actually preformed the job or a refund. I received a brief email back stating theyd be back out- they were a no call and a no show to that appointment. I followed up via email and phone and still 2 weeks later have not heard back from anyone. Terrible company with even worse customer service.

  we used them several times. We have very old hard to clean windows. They always did a great job!

  ************* were efficient, professional and cleaned our windows inside and out!! Great job!! 5 star ?? service! ** hire them again. They left everything the way they found it, cleaned up or put back items that needed to be moved while cleaning! Affordable service!!
