    Hello . I made 2 purchases online from Presley outdoors one on march 3rd 2022 and one on march 10 2022 the purchase on march 3 showed up just fine no problem . The purchase I made on march 10th 2022 never has been delivered . On April 7 the I called Presley outdoors told them my problem , they said let me check on this order it might be back logged . Can I call you back . I said sure and gave them my number . After waiting a week no calls I call back .I was told I would have to talk with owner ***** ******* but he's not in this week . I said ok . I've told these people I have a disabled son somebody is here 24/7 has to be for him . I also told them there's 5 different security cams here running 24/7 recording footage . Now first order shows up fine on cams no problem I get my order . I've sat here and observed every tape I have two times there has been no second delivery at all nobody going to take a package from here there's no way at all. Long story short I've called 9 times today ***** ******* is finally in we talk on the phone he tells me there's nothing I can it's been to long . I told him I've got it all documented here what days I've called times recorded tapes and witnesses no second delivery . He said I don't care what you have it's been to long period we offer help within 30 days of purchase only . I said on day 28 I called here the employee I talked to said he would check and call me back . But he didn't my employees are not like that they would of solved your problem sir . I said he forgot about me . I'm not being out of the product and the 125.00 dollars to here . Nothing I can do laughed hung up one . I'm not putting up with this at all so I'm writing this complaint to you and asking for your help as well . I would like to have what I ordered sent to me please . I called on day 28 of 30 on the window closing for help and 8 additional times after that and sent emails before day 28 as well I have not received nothing on second order .

     The complainant ordered his package March 10, 2022. He didn't reach out to the business about his package not arriving until January 9, 2023. The website states you have 3 days to file a complaint if the package never arrives. He reached out again January 19, 2023 and spoke with the owner. He told the owner he called on April 7, 2022 about his order. He claims someone agreed to call him back about his claim, but nobody called back. He claims he called an additional 6 times with no resolution. The owner asked if he tried tracking his delivery through *****, he stated he didn't. At this time we cannot resolve the issue, as waiting 305 days after placing an order is too long to wait to file a complaint.

     I am rejecting this response because: 
    As to what ** ***** said they would of taken care of me on first phone call . That's a lie. I called Presley's with in 30 days of order and was told by a employee he needed to look into this matter I gave him tracking and all . The employee said he would call me back once he found out what was going on . I told him I received my first order no problem the order that was placed march 3rd I believe . It the march 10 th order that is missing . Look I'm 60 yrs old I'm not wanting anything I did not pay for I'm not a liar I don't appreciate being called a liar by ***** ******* either . This is obsurd that he would go as far as saying such nonsense . I paid him for 2 orders I only received 1 if I would of called withing 30 days I would of been taken care of he's saying , well I did call and here we are today he got my money but I never got my product at all from march 10 .so who's cheating who here really I called multiple times and was told I would have to call back cause ***** ******* was not at his office . It's just the principal of the matter withing 30 days I would of been helped he said it himself well I called within the 30 days and still I don't have my order . It was lost or never sent to begin with so no this is not in anyway a answer I will except from ***** ******* . Ever . ** ****** ****** p.s  I downloaded a complaint for after talking to the Illinois attorney general's office I'm filling it out sending it in to him he is either going to refund my money or send my decoys out to me . I'd much rather have what I ordered in the first place here . Thank you .
