      Aldi's has a nationwide issue with I start that is losing them business. The notification that Aldi is receiving when someone arrives to pick up groceries is not functioning and it has been this way since the inception. I am disappointed because we have been shopping here for over 30 years and have expected their pickup app to function but it does not and there has been no true motivation to get this working.

      I reviewed the comments and reviews of shoppers because I have moved close to the store. After reading many of these, I will never shop in your store. No thanks and it goes along with your low rating. Good riddance. Wish I could put no stars!!!

      They racially profiled me. Harassed me and defend my name and character and likeness in public during normal operating business hours. When no crime had occurred except for the violating, my human rights is a citizen of ***************** of am which is a federal Republic.

      Don't get fooled by the quick delivery lead times when ordering online! Based on my experience, there is a 70% chance that they don't register your address properly and deliver your food to the wrong place. Not only that but they then have the audacity to only offer you an e-gift card rather than a full refund to reimburse you. Terrible company systems and policy - I will never order from them and strongly recommend to avoid them.

      Returned a product at the store never got my refund called them they said it would be refunded within 10 business days never got the refund bad management

      I used curbside pickup and somehow picked the wrong slot for the time and was not able to pick up the order since I was at work. You cannot call Aldi store directly so I expected like most stores do and Aldi has done in the past is that my order would be cancelled on their side and my credit card not charged. Well they processed my order as picked up and charged my card. Aldi has some kind of thing with Instacart so I contacted them and they said they would contact Aldi for me even though I had ordered from Aldi direct website (another confusing problem). Instacart was working on it but I ended up getting hung up on 2 hours into the call, so I did not call back. I don't know if it was just an employee error that I got charged or I got charged and someone got a free meal. If they can charge my credit without accountability for making sure the customer actually has their order I will never go there again, not even to go inside and shop. So Aldi has lost a customer forever over $40.

      I recently started shopping at the Aldi in ******* at *************************** I am a Natural Healer and Spiritual Teacher and so I live with Intention. I buy specific things. I dont eat outside of my diet. I have been CONSTANTLY GANG STALKED for the past 3 years. One way to make things I shop for (to feed myself or the birds and squirrels) unavailable. This was happening a lot at the ******* and so I switch to Aldi. Then it started. 2 weeks ago, the tuna (in water in the pouch) were HIDDEN behind the shelf. Last week, I had to search through boxes to glean a few pouches. This week, they were ALL GONE. So I asked an employee to look for some while confiding about my suspicions about it being related to GANG STALKING. He disappeared for a while (my intuition said he was being passive aggressive and stalling). He came back after a significant amount of time to say they were out. So I asked for the ** contact info, he disappeared and the guy working the floor had to call someone (a female) from the back to work another register while he stopped and got that number for me. After I wrote the number in my phone, he advised that the guy (****) had called the police. OVER MISSING TUNA?? I was detained and banned for being disorderly without raising my voice and I was SEATED while waiting for the number. This is a RACIST ATTACK and my CIVIL RIGHTS were TRAMPLED. A REGULAR PAYING CUSTOMER TREATED LIKE TRASH!!!

      I was invited to a interview and given no details what to do upon arrival. There was no person to call or message to ask. I had to figure it out, and because I was late(from not knowing where to go) I was told I wouldn't be considered. I emailed the company and got an automated response.

      Ref store # ** in ************; The Item price was on the tag $9.45, but when it was scanned had a different price of $11.95. The store manager by name ***** was rude and did not offer price adjustment. "take it or leave it" also she blamed someone but not her own restoking staff. I have pictures and a receipt to support my statement. I called the same day and filed a complaint with Aldi's customer service case #****** i was told someone will call me back, but until now 5 days later no contact from Aldi's yet.I think ALDI continue to cheats the consumers and the controlling agencies need to be aware.

      One of the absolute worst places to work.Unsustainable productivity goals, bad management style. Hours are inconsistently cut short majority of the year and a full 8 hour day would be h*** anyways. 170 packages per hour is made to seem easy, it's near impossible with travel time and ZERO rest. 15 minutes to sit down feels like a second. Your joints and body will pay the price that Aldi doesn't pay their employees.Employee turnover is over 70% in first 90 days atleast during my employment.The people were nice but expectations were too high for a physically fit 24 year old guy and employee support was extremely low but made to seem supportive.Management could most likely not sustain the position for 6 months working themselves without being absolutely miserably worn out but expect you to do it."Higher pay" is a joke. It should be 30$ an hour and it still would not be worth it. I could go on but nobody will care.
