    We have an HSA home warranty. We have had nothing but difficulty getting anything done when anything needs to be repaired. The latest issue is a stove oven combination that is not working properly. The issue has been ongoing for six weeks. They sent someone out to look at it and that person recommended that they replace the unit. The next time we knew it was determined they would repair the unit. They sent someone out on my husbands day off and he waited 6 1/2 hours before having to leave for doctor ************ After he got to his doctors appointment the repair man let him know that he was on his way. A week later on my husbands next day off they made another appointment to come. They supposedly repaired the stove/oven but did not have the part they needed to fix one of the burners. After they left we discovered that only two small burners were working and the two large burners were not working at all. It was worse than when they came to fix it. We let HSA know and they said they were contact the repair man. Weve been told numerous times that theyre waiting to hear from the repairman. The repairman says hes waiting to hear from HSA. It goes back-and-forth. The holidays are a week and a half away and I have no hope of getting this resolved before the holidays. They want to send someone out again but they want us to takeoff work to wait for their repair man. We cannot afford to keep taking off work and wait all day for a repair man that doesnt fix it. I asked him if they could have someone here on his day off and they said no it **** to be according to the repair man schedule. I need the issue resolved and no one there wants to do anything except tell me theyre sorry and then tell me Ill just have to wait. It shouldnt take six weeks to get an appliance either repaired or replaced. Please help me!
