    **********************************, located at ************************************************** purchased an outside free standing Kiosk for our visitors showing mapping of the cemetery, informational contacts, cemetery rules, church announcements etc. The cemetery and grounds are supported by donations, so when we make a purchase it must be a sound one as funds are limited. The County of ******* had also purchased this same Kiosk and had installed it right down the street. We reached out to the County and obtained KirbyBuilt's information from them. So in May 2024 we purchased the identical sign from KirbyBuilt. It arrived in June and the word Built should not be in KirbyBuilt, as it arrived in a zillion pieces having to be completely assembled. We had to have someone assemble it and then had them dig the holes and install it into the ground while anchoring the sign securely with concrete post fill. Fast forward to August and we notice that the posts are bowing. So we took pictures and sent them to KirbyBuilt for review. 1st response (great): Aug 27th; "I apologize for the issue you experienced. Below you will find a copy of your replacement order for your records. We are sending you new engineered posts with metal inserts. As these new posts are thinner than your current posts, you will also need to replace the bolts that connect the message center to the posts. I included those bolts in this order."When I replied with - please refund us $250.00 to pay our installer to uninstall and reinstall with new cement posts, the response was - we took a second look and our engineers state that you installed it to high, the base of the big sign at bottom should be at 38", which was laughable at best as the magazine rack would be hung at an adult's thighs. After responding to this email stating this would not be a feasible height for our kiosk, nor what we purchased, they responded that it was for wheel chair access and they had a no refund policy!
