    Date of the Issue: Feb.13.2024 //The amount of the money paid: ***** USD //************** has comitted to receive, keep and forward my parcels/ mails //Nature of dispute: ************** deactivated my virtual box without my consent, and keeps my mails as hostage .//************** refused to resolve the issue, they deactivated my virtual mail box without my consent , without returning back my mails./////////Hi, I'd like to file a complaint regarding a ** box provider " **************". I'm a foreigner living in *****, I had a virtul **X with this ************** thru Anytime mail. I've been using their service for years to receive my ** mail, forwarded to my addresses in ***** or ******. Recently, I have five mails need to forward to *****. ************** refused my request, claiming that they couldn't deliver to addresses outside the US, they claimed that this rule had been there for years. I found this strange because I've sent many mails to ****** and ***** over the past two years. So, I called to ask ************** about this change and asked the staff to confirm with her boss. ///However, the staff just repeated the rule without providing any explanation and hung up my call. And later the owner of ************** privately deactivated my Virtual Mail Box account and withheld my five personal mails. The owner of ******************** also sent an email warning me not to waste his staff's time. And his saying by wasting the staff's time, he meant the only two minutes of phone call that I managed to make before being hung up on./////Now I could only wait for Anytime mail ( the ** box service provider used by **************) to reach out ************** to get back my Mails. Up until today February 16,2024, I have't got any updates. I've read those ****** reviews of ************** of the recent two years, knowing that I'm not the only victim. As a foreigner, I couldn't believe this kind of business still survive in US.
