  I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
  
  I never received any paperwork or documentation. If there was more money owed, I would have signed something stating money was owed. The first time I heard about the amount owed, is when he was upset by the ****** review I left. In the call ***** states that I better remove the review or I owe the money. Why would someone drop off the back ordered part in April if money was still owed from Oct? 
  

  I was never given a specific date to bring the vehicle in for repair. I also have never yelled or raised my voice. The call is recorded. Im happy to send it in. 
  

  The vehicle was not washed with a power washer. It was detailed/washed once and the clear coat was coming off. The retailer didnt wash the bumper any different than the rest of the vehicle. The paint and clear coat is still intact everywhere else on the vehicle. 
  
  May this point, Im not comfortable with him fixing my vehicle. I will take it elsewhere. I just want no contact from him or his company. This complaint was for the BBBs information. Not for me to get a refund or my vehicle repaired.

  t me in to fix. I was told the first week of June. I called the first week of June and he told me he doesnt have the time and that the clear coat problem was my fault because I washed the vehicle. I made a review on ****** about the terrible service. 6/11/25 he called stating I owe money if I dont take the review down. I did record this call, he was aware the call was recorded. I was told I dont have standards because look at your ex husband. I have blocked the companys phone number to avoid the harassment. The fender lining still has not been installed. It was on back order in Nov. In April, ***** took it down to ***** ****** dealership to my ex husband for him to bring home and install. This took months to even hear anything or receive. I had to call him (4/4/25).

  I am a friend of her husband's and he was my boss, ***** is his name.  He called me and asked if he could help his wife out.  I said yes.  She dropped her Durango off.  We replaced some things on her car.  She came to pick up her car and she was arguing with her husband.  The bill was $2,477.  She paid $1605.90 by check and I wrote it on the bottom of the receipt.  I took her for her word that she would pay the balance.  No payment has been made since October 24, 2024.  I explained to her that she should not hit her vehicle with a pressure washer, wait until spring.  Months go by and ***** calls me up and we had a problem.  The clear on the bumper was blown off through a car wash.  She called me yelling at me.  I told her to drop it off on a certain day.  She never showed up.  She called me a few weeks later and was yelling at me again.  I told her to bring it in on May 20th and she never showed up again.  On June 2, she calls me and let's me know that I am going to fix her car and I told her I can't do it.   I told her that I was busy and she was on the schedule a few weeks ago, where was she then.  I put her on the schedule twice but she never showed up.  She said she took her vehicle to a detail shop.  Then she puts bad things on my ******** page.  I called her and asked her to take down the bad comments on ******** because they were not true.  She still owes me money - $871.00.  I offered to fix her car twice.  I was willing to fix it for free and willing to do it now.  She is not bringing it in.  She is not telling the whole truth.  She is slandering my business.
