    **** ***** of the Book Bindery has fraudulently sold a book she willfully mis-advertised. 1) she took a single volume reprint, and bound it as a two-volume set. Then, she fraudulently advertised as a two-volume rebind--which indicates it is a first printing, which this is not; 2) she printed out poor quality marbled paper reproductions on an inkjet printer, effectively stealing the designs from a legitimate craftsman, and then passed them off as high quality hand-made marble paper from a reputable dealer. Again, fraud; 3) she personally altered the book to indicate it as a two-volume set instead of the actual single-volume book it is. Rather, it is now just a fraudulently rebound single volume set she has marked in.

    Photos are from ******** local yard sale ad for the books sold  in question. The books are bound in linen as shown in picture as advertised, the books are bound in a 2 vol set as shown, and as physically marked in Sale Ad picture to prevent misrepresentation, binding a book in a hard cover does not infer in any way that it is a first printing as buyer indicated. Marbled  papers used for endleafs as shown in picture of ad, there was nothing saying these were artist or hand made marbled papers as he infers and ad picture clearly shows  that they are digital which are sold everywhere and used.  Customer was blocked on FB  due to his harassing language and bullying threats thus he has decided to retaliate with undeniable inaccuracies about the product to the BBB and *** *** to get a refund for BOOKS that were stated in yard sale ad as “non refundable”  it seems unlikely that a person that far away, would be interested in items in my local yard sale . So I do question his intent for this book or this business.  Our local yard sale groups have been targeted by online scammers and thus our small business has resorted to not sell online items any further.

    ****** resolution dept. Has notified him, he will receive refund with verified information he has returned books in same condition as shipped; which he has not done as yet.
