**** ******* said he would start Monday. Showed up and we paid him half in cash. Didn't start. Agreed he would rent equipment to do souphets. In one week he brought a scaffold. So we paid for equipment and then he uses scaffold to maximize his profits which was added into what we paid for. Then we asked if he worked Saturday. Doesn't show up. Broke word 3x in a week. Didn't match the color of souphets to the house and then lied to our daughter saying we didn't care about that. Using my name to get out of doing job he agreed too. 4 lies in a week. We talked about doing basement windows but never signed a contract for that. After shoddy job on souphets we didn't want him to do windows. He starts smashing all nine of our basement windows. He is not even done with job that is contracted and he starts job that is not. After he smashes out windows he leaves house where anyone can break in, our pets can get out and get killed or not come home. Also damages our things in basement by smashing glass windows on top of our belongings in basement.. we were away. Left our grown kids to deal with it. Our daughter tells him to come back and board our windows. He steals her wood in backyard and boards up. So he left our house with no basement windows for over 24hours. Another animal was in our basement. We were away without windows so he forced our hand and we had to let him do windows. He installs the wrong windows the wrong way. 2 contractors, manufacturer, 4 ******* window employees, a district manager at big window company all say the same thing( you can't put in that way)Plus the giant label on window tells you which direction to put in. All of the experts said it would damage our basement. Affect heating and cooling costs. Allow water and moisture to flood our house. Also he negated warranty by putting in incorrectly. He used a window designed for sheds and steel structures into a brick house. Also used a single pane instead of a double pane. Then he lied about it.
