  Paid ****** dollars for furniture with rust and thee installers broke my storm door. They replaced the bottom glass without matching the top portion. Now, the the top glass pane has a design while the bottom does not. So, paid premium price for ***** furniture and mismatched storm door. Thanks Mueller amazingly horrible quality and service.

  I never received the product I picked out. It was a similar product with a cheap remote. It has never worked properly for more than a few months at a time. Now theyre telling me theres nothing they can do for me. Product was an adjustable bed frame I bought less than two years ago. They have replace the remote once (with same type of remote) and now the second remote doesnt work properly. They refuse to replace the remote again. So now I just have the most expensive unadjustable bed frame you can buy! I will never spend another dime there since they do not honor they products after the sale and would never except it as a return after every single time it be called Ive asked for that since it WAS NOT the product I picked out on the showroom floor

  Excellent customer service, exceptional quality ********************, and no pressure sales tactics. The team is quick to help after purchase with any questions or concerns. Ive furnished every room of my home with Mueller furniture and will continue to buy and refer friends for years to come.

  Sales staff is very knowledgeable and patient. They help you find the perfect pieces to fit your space & budget. Delivery was on time & professional. We had a puppy chew on a cushion & the service folks made getting a replacement easy. I would highly recommend ******* and all the folks at Mueller.

  This is one of the best places anyone could buy furniture from. The furniture is well-made from quality products including many varieties of real, natural hardwoods that are hand crafted by skilled artisans across North America. No, you often can't have exactly what you want immediately, but it's always worth the wait. The tradeoff is that when you get your furniture, it's the kind of product that can be handed down to future generations---and it will continue to stand the test of time instead of seeing peeling veneers and sagging cushions after a short period of time like you might find at the national stores. It's a true example of getting what you pay for---buy once and be done. You'll be glad you did. On top of the amazing products, they're brought to you by a great team that takes time to understand what you want, guides you with their years of expertise, and helps you make selections that you'll be proud of. I'm not sure who the negative reviews are referring to, but if they were respectful, reasonable people I can't imagine they actually refer to Mueller Furniture and can only assume they're offered in error. You won't regret shopping here!

  Do NOT under any circumstance buy your furniture from this SHAM of a company. It is NOT Amish made (maybe some of the furniture lines are Amish owned) The quality for the price is horrid & they should be ashamed. Waited 7 mos for “handmade Amish furniture” missing hardware, wobbly, & half-ready for assembly.
  My husband & I had to take off work to help the installers, counter sink holes, provide screws, tools AND drills. When I called and asked what they could do for me, the store manager didn’t offer much, but asked what would make me happy. I said “I’ll take a $1,000 refund” the mgr scoffed @ said “I’ll take the furniture back before I give you $1,000! You should’ve called so we could send a tech out to take care of it!” - He later denied saying this to me but was unaware he was on speaker for his own employees to hear. Both of whom apologized profusely for the situation.
  It’s my fault the $11,000 furniture I paid for showed up incomplete & missing assembly hardware, & gaps in seams. He back peddled real fast when I said “then I guess you better send a truck to pick this sh- up MF’r!” I’ll call your bluff and have no shame using foul language. Esp when **** thinks he can talk down to me just bc I’m female
  My husband takes the phone & starts reasonably negotiating “give us credit for a free furniture piece on the showroom floor, a nice coffee table or something w/o giving up cash.” He scoffed and blamed US. We didn’t: deserve a refund, it was such a small mistake, we should’ve waited for them to dispatch a tech. (I could sleep on the couch waiting for that to happen).
  He smarted off too many times to my husband & my H told him to pick up his fraudulent Amish furniture & give us our money back so we could drive to the Ozarks & buy REAL furniture. This **** guy wasn’t budging, started lying & making accusations, all while on speakerphone for his employees to hear. We got a measly $750 back. I wholeheartedly regret trying to support a locally owned business.
