      I was denied a fire arm Dec 2023, a week before Christmas and it is now 3/6/24. I was told that refund checks are mailed on the 5th and the 20th of each month. Checks have supposedly being mailed out 5 times since they denied me. I was then told that it would take 9 weeks for my check to be mailed from Belleville, IL, which is 33 MINUTES from my House. Everytime I called and asked why has my check not arrived, where is my money, asked to speak to someone in charge....etc, they give you the run around. They won't tell you who the owner is, who ask to speak with someone in charge and they hang up the phone; but you weren't doing this when you were taking people's hard earned money. Now, Everytime you call, "it's in the mail and they can't control the mail service." Everything coming through the mail in a timely manner but my money that they owe me. I asked them to trace the check because it has not been received. They said, No. This should be illegal and they should lose their license due to these constant reports of them technically "stealing" or withholding something that does not belong to them. If you can't afford to give people their money back, maybe you shouldn't take it until one has been approved. My next step is to *** for my money and all this unnecessary stress and strain it has caused me.

      His refund check request was received to the office manager the week of Christmas so was delayed a little because of company being off for holiday, but check was processed on 01/05/2024 & mailed by end of the week. There's been a slow down with the postal service in our area, which we don't know why, but that's not our job to regulate or supervise the postal service. 

      It was mailed & we have no control over how long it takes for the post office to deliver it after it's in their hands. Thank you.
