    Horrible service , we contacted this provider back in june to service our air conditioner and they pretty much gave us a run around . they came out a whole month later ( july ) and took the old air conditioner and said we needed to wait for another part . we just had to go through a heat wave this current week with NO AIR !!! its two children in the household and a elderly person with medical issues and we have expressed this numerous time , they were supposed to had come out july 30th to put the new part in and never showed . we contacted them today 8/1/24 and they tried to say they would come out monday AFTER THE HEAT WAVE IS OVER!!! and its now getting harder to breathe in the household and we have expressed that too , but no urgency has been shown . they came to finally add the part and the service man was extremely unprofessional. He rang the doorbell once and literally started beating on the door as if he was a police man and the whole interaction he was very passive aggressive . and when my mother told him she has medical issues and the heat is not good for her NO COMPASSION , was shown . i will not recommend this company to anyone and will never go back to them . we literally went a entire month without air because they wanted to keep prolonging the time . IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THE 1 !
