      This team of loan experts were able to help my family and I get into our dream home. **** made the entire process easy for us. He is very hard working and made sure to answer any concerns we had. The entire process was the smoothest I think it could have gone. Thanks again **** at Superior Home Loans!

      I could write a book about how amazing ****** and **** worked so hard day in and day out to get me and my family the home of our dreams!! They were very kind and supportive and very encouraging. They jumped through so many loops and over came so many mountains. They were there when my daughter was sick and everything. When I couldnt see the light at the end of the tunnel they never lost hope so for that I say thank you and I look forward to working with them again soon!!

      **** and **** couldnt have been any more helpful in my home buying process. No matter the time or day, if I had a question, it got answered. Securing my mortgage definitely was not a cut and dry process due to my credit and employment but they were both very patient and made sure I had everything I needed for this to get done. I fully believe I would not have been able to buy a house if not for Superior. I would recommend anyone browsing to give Superior your business and you will not be disappointed.

      I cannot say enough amazing things about **** and his team!! This is the second time we have used **** and both times have been so incredibly smooth. We had a horrible experience with another mortgage company when we were attempting to purchase our first home, we lost out on multiple opportunities, and we were fed up. My husband started looking for a new realtor who had a lot of experience with VA loans and found ****. We were moved into our new home a few weeks later!! We absolutely knew with all certainty that if we were ever in the market to purchase another home, we would be calling ****. Almost five years later, I was transferred for my job, and we immediately contacted ****. Once we found the house we wanted to buy, we started the process, and incredibly enough **** and his team made it possible that we could have closed on the new home 2 weeks earlier than estimated if the seller would have allowed it. We are customers for life!! If you want a company that knows what they are doing and constantly communicates every step of the process to you, then look no further! If you are a veteran and, in the market, to purchase a home, believe me, you do not want to use anyone other than **** and his team.

      If I could give this company no stars, I would. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time with every one involved. **** ran me around, my realtor, the Seller's attorney, the *** and the seller. He dropped the ball purposely and didn't communicate with any of us. Him and **** were terrible! If I could *** them I would. I will be posting reviews on all platforms known to man for this shameful and unethical business behavior.

      This clients husband backed out on a purchase 2 days prior to closing, as he said his wife and realtor were putting too much pressure on him to buy the home and he was not comfortable with the size of the payment. At that time this borrower, who listed this review, applied for a mortgage. We were not able to approve her. I appreciated her help and felt bad she could not get approved based on the information on the application, but at no time did i not communicate with her. Her realtor, whom she mentions in the review was a LARGE source of the negativity unfortunately. I wish the client nothing but the best...We have been in business 24 years and this is our only complaint on BBB, so that probably gives you more insight into the person who left the review than us
