    This fall ******* ********** ****** used Artwear for a fundraiser in which we sold school branded merchandise to families with a certain agreed upon percentage going back to the children. Once the fundraiser was completed, ******* Elementary have all needed money to Artwear to complete necessary orders. Once orders were calculated, there were several hundred dollars owed back to ******* and their students. Artwear told us for weeks that the “check was in the mail” and that we needed to wait. We offered to come pick up the check personally to ensure it gets tot the school. Artwear refused to let us pick it up. After weeks of waiting, we received a letter from Artwears owner, ****, stating that the paperwork was lost and she is unable to find it in order to calculate the amount owned to the school. This information was also laid out in emails between us and ****/Artwear. **** will not use that source to calculate our owed amount. Now Artwear is neglecting to give our school the dollars we earned. We have received a partial payment but nothing to the extent to what the families have earned. The families ordered items with the promise that a percentage going to their children. That was the reasoning for the sale and for several of our families ordering at all. This is false advertising and just plain terrible. This money was promised to the school and children of ******* Elementary and now they do not get that.

         We are sorry that you are unhappy with the services you received at our business. Your spiritwear store was very successful for your school, and we were looking forward to an ongoing business relationship with you moving forward. 
         With your store running for a longer length of time than our usual stores and it being our busiest time of year, it did take longer to give you your final profit information after the sales ended and get your profit check cut by accounting as quickly as you desired it. Please note that all of your profits are carefully calculated to ensure we didn't miss any information, and you had a high number of orders we needed to calculate. However, this payment was given to you in full, with an extra amount added for any inconvenience for the extra time accrued. 
        We take a lot of pride in the work that we do, and try to do it as efficiently as possible. We received many compliments from parents and teachers about how streamlined the ordering process was and how happy everyone was with the final product at your school. Our apologies for not meeting your expectations in this matter, and we wish you luck in your future endeavors.

    Hello,

    I am the financial secretary for ******* ********** ******. Our PTO recently did a t-shirt fundraiser with Artwear. The sale went very well. As far as the PTO was told they were supposed to receive close to a thousand dollars back from this event. After contacting the business multiple times each time being told that the check was on its way and the mail must have lost it. The PTO informed me of what was going on. I called Artwear and talked to **** ******* and inquired about the check. I asked if I could come pick up the check and she said no due to the fact that she had put a stamp on the letter. It has been about two weeks since I called. I received a check today with a note that said this is a partial payment because she had lost the paper work that quoted how much the PTO had earned. The check is $600.00 well below what the school earned. I would hate for other organizations to have to deal with this lack of professionalism. We would also like to know when the money that was earned will be given.
