      I went online on Agnis list seeking a repair man for my fence and roof repair after the April 15,2023 storm. I was contacted by *************** who came out to my house to observe and assessed the damages. Repair arrangements and cost were agreed upon . Over the funds were received from my insurance company,************* we contacted and he returned to my home where he was given a total of $7500 downpayment for the fence and roof repair. ************** has only partially completed the fence job and has yet to begin repairs on the roof. ************** has been contacted numerous of times and either has an excuse of his phone not working or just doesnt answer his phone. I have text, left messages and verbally requesting my $6500 back some he had already begun some work on the fence. At this time ****************** has stolen my money and refuses to give it back or discuss when the repairs will began and/or will be completed.
