      I had been renting a storage unit from Gateway Storage Mall, for many year's, under a month to month lease. When I originally started renting the unit, I had to pay a $25.00 deposit. On April 30th 2025, I paid my upcoming monthly unit rent of $176.00,for the month of May. Later that day on April 30th,after I had already paid for the month of May, was informed by the property manager, and told that Gateway was not going to renew, or continue our month to month lease agreement, and that I had to remove my property. I complied with their request, and had all of my property removed from their facility, half way through the day on May 2nd,2025 . I called Gateway to inform them that I did comply with their request to remove my property, that I was requesting my deposit returned to me, as well as requesting them to pro rate the monthly unit rent, since I had only been there less than 2 day's in May. I feel this to be fair, since I had to miss work to comply with Gateway's request, locate another storage facility, and pay them for a unit for May, and go through the hassle of moving. Again I was at Gateway Storage Mall for less than 2 day's in the month of May. They were notified by phone, as well as several Email's, where I continually request them to return my deposit, and the pro rated monthly rent. No one from Gateway will respond to me in any form ,they will not return my call's, they will not respond to the many email's that I have sent them. No one will give me any type of explanation as to why my money is not being returned to me. They were glad to take my money on April 30th,only to tell me to remove my property later that very day. I complied. The unit was left clean, swept out, and ready for their next renter. They have absolutely no reason not to, at the very least, return my deposit. I truly feel they also owe me a portion of the storage fee for May as well. I am getting no where with this organization Please help me? Thank you ***** *******.l are owed to me,but no one will respond in any means in regards. I left their facility the same as,or even in better shape, than when I took possession of their unit. I was there for less than 2 days, when I paid for an entire month. My vacating the unit was at their request. I feel that I am owed funds,and an explination as to why I'm not receiving them. No one will give me any type of explination,or take my request seriously. Please help me
