    I purchased a gas stove. When I got it home, the oven light was not working. I called them and (there is a 6 month warranty). I spoke to the manager and he said that that was not his problem. I have a copy of the warranty on my receipt.

    We did not specifically say that the light was not our problem but we did explain that we do not warranty the function of the light bulbs inside ovens, dryers or refrigerators. This are refurbished appliances with a 6 month warranty on the basic operation of the unit example refrigerator freezing cooling oven and stove tops working correctly. We will not be repairing the light in the oven nor issuing a refund or replacing the item. Thank you

    Returned a bad appliance that was guaranteed he would not take it back in as per guarantee. Then threatened me physically while on the phone with the police ***** Came back and he verbally attacked me again while on the phone with the police and then jumped in his truck and left. Absolutely horrible service. I want the appliance repaired and I want him to hook it up and to make sure it works while in the residence.

    The customer arrived late in the day of business with a stove for repair unannounced and being that we are short staffed there was no one there physically capable of unloading the appliance or dolly into our location.  Had the customer made us aware they were coming in we would of made arrangements to have someone there to help.  The front desk lady then advised them they could drop the stove off out back and the owner would look at it the next morning or they could bring it back but they can not have a customer moving *********************** throughout our store for liability reasons.  The gentleman then became irritated and while the employee was on speaker the gentleman began yelling and cursing her out saying he didn't give two f's and screaming at her while the owner was on speaker and  that he wanted the money back after having the stove for three months.  It was at this time me the owner turned around from picking my children up from school because I was concerned how the gentleman was behaving towards a woman and came back to the store. I absolutely had a heated conversation with the gentleman but never threatened him physically at all. They picked up the appliance originally so they will need to come back to pick up the stove.  It has already been looked at and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the oven on the stove. I have pictures and video of the stove holding temperature igniter coming on and thermometer stating the temp.  The stove needs to be picked up in a timely manner at this point and that gentleman is no longer allowed on our property.

    We bought a used washer and dryer on Tuesday, May 9th. A friend of ours has a trailer and picked it up for us and brought it in our home. Yesterday was the first day we hooked it up. It was leaking from the bottom under the washer. I called them to let them know and find out where the water was coming from. They said I would have to bring it back in. I said no one does this. They claim that we would have to pay for them to come out to check on them. He claimed he explained it to us when we bought it but he did not do this. He said we would have to pay a service fee for someone to come out to repair it. Everything is new except the washer and dryer.

    I feel that they should send someone out to repair the machine for free.

    When customer purchased the washer and dryer they were told that there was a charge for delivery which included install of the new appliances removal of the old ones if there were any and 6 month in home warranty is all provided for that fee.  We also explained to them since they did not want to pay for delivery because they had a friend with a trailer to pick them up that if something went wrong under warranty it would still be fixed free of charge but it would have to be brought back in for service. That has been our policy for 8 years and is explained to every single customer that picks up their appliances and is also stated on the bottom of the receipt.  We will be happy to take care of the washer if it is coming from the appliance but the customer will have to bring the appliance back to have it repaired. Thank you

    The washer was brought back and we fixed the issue for the customer immediately. The washer was picked up the next day and we have not heard of any further issues for this customer. Thank you

    On October 25th 2022, I purchased a used washing machine from this company. The first wash did not spin properly. We reported the issue to the business, they sent out a technician, he stated the motor was bad. The owner agreed to come out today, but was a no show. We called the company and the owner cussed my husband out and said he would pick up the washer on Monday and give us a refund, but said he scrapped our old machine.

    Upon the initial issue and inspection of the washer we apologized and  offered the customer a replacement washer the very next day to quickly rectify the situation as fast as possible but they elected to wait for the motor to be replaced.  We had not even received the part yet and we believe there is some confusion as to when the customer thought the washer would be repaired and that had led to the customer repeatedly calling the store and being aggressive and rude to the sales associate.  We have elected to go ahead and issue a full refund for the amount of $216.20 so they may go ahead and buy a washer from somewhere else.  We no longer have their old haul away washer from when we delivered the new one as it has been hauled away to be processed for recycling.  We will not refund any amount to the washer that was hauled away from the customers home during their free delivery. We feel this is the easiest way to resolve the issue and allow them to shop somewhere else as we are no longer willing to accept them as a customer.
