Never have I had a Dr I have to remind every month thats I need my medication. Have sat & done without very important medication because shes understaffed & over patients herself to the point I didnt receive my medicine,& then its a weekend. Well I had a terrible time getting through till Monday, Im sure Dr had a great weekend. Wouldnt recommend this Dr to anyone. Hopefully she straightens out or she will continue to lose patients as she lost me. Also hippa laws about talking about others , even if it is your family or someone you know,doesnt give her the right to breaks it but she sure does. Terrible experience !!!

It is unfortunate that I had to end my patient-provider relationship with this person. According to the *** controlled substance law-controlled substance prescriptions must be limited to no more than 30 days. Which would require a provider to renew a controlled substance prescription for the next 30 days. Controlled substances are the only medication that this 30-day rule is applied to. There is also a system in place where the pharmacy notifies the prescriber that renewal for a prescription is required. Patients do not have to remind providers that medication needs renewed. It is unnecessary to call a providers office, leave messages via email and/ or patient portal , call the pharmacy or insurance company multiple times per week concerning a medication. Also, the U.S ********** of ****** and ************* has a description of HIPAA privacy rule, please familiarize yourself. Once again, I hope she finds a provider that is more suitable for her.La'So Medical
