    i paid **** **** $500.00 Deposit on works as follows fixing a leak on the side of my residents resurfacing my front porch and replacing all block windows on my basement, he never started the job and was paid the deposit 09/30/2024 the total was $1.700and the balance was to be paid when the job was finished. but however, y neighbor wanted him to fix her leak as well but after i told him he cannot dig my property up he got mad, and he charged her $1300 in which he did her fence as well but when i told him don't dig beyond the property line he did it anyway the neighbor she agreed and informed him to stay within boundary she said she was not going to pay him $1000 dollars to just stay within means he wanted me to pay the 800 dollars different or he refused to do my work or give back my deposit because he couldn't concrete my land with hers all i want is my money back and no work done by this man something is literallly wrong with him please all i want is my money and for him to remove all the stones he dug up and left in front of my walk way and never came back.

    **** was supposed to do a privacy fence for me in April of 2021. I gave him a deposit of $1500, we signed an invoice paper that described the work to be done, had the total price, and date. After receiving my deposit, he kept stating that he would come back on a certain day, but never showed up. He told me that he purchased the material and would come a few days later. Then, he said his wife died and he had to go back to ****** to spread her ashes. I asked him for confirmation that he purchased the materials to do my fence, but he never sent any. For two weeks, I tried to contact ****, and could not get an answer. I asked for my money back or to give me the materials that he purchased using the deposit so that I can find someone else to do the work. He agreed to give me my materials, but never dropped them off. It is now 2023, I was able to get in contact with **** again for my privacy fence. I saw his truck drive past my house and circle back. He sent 2 people to look at my yard to quote a fence. I then told them that **** already quoted me 2 years before and ran off with my deposit. I would like to have my money returned. They called **** on the phone, he eventually showed up (turns out he had them drop him off a few blocks away because he recognized the house), and admits to stealing my money. He then offers to do the work or give some of the money back. He told me that he would give me back $1000 of the $1500 deposit he took from me. It has been 2 months since this arrangement. Every time I contact him to send me the money, he says that he's going to send it at the end of the week, and never does. I would like a full refund of my money because it is apparent that **** and his crew are not going to do the job.

    **** left a business card in regards to iron fencing. I called him and set up an appointment for him to build a fence on my driveway. He asked for a deposit and didn't show up till days later. I made him comeback and do it and I had to literally sit there and watch him!!!! He did a horrible job. He installed this in March of 2022 and it's ***** of 2023 and the fence is hanging. I have been reaching out to him since February to come fix it and he is ignoring my calls!!!! HE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    In July I gave him **** down payment to make a gate he came one day planted post left a mess and didn't come back until 3 weeks later,after he kept stating he was on his way.After he finally came in August after putting a partial fence up he requested another ******* and I gave it to him after we told him we saw some problems with the gate that the gate was uneven, on city property, the gate was weak and it was not the original plan that we agreed to, its gaps in the gate and the welding is not welded completed. When we complained about the sturdiness and the poor quality of the gate he said it would cost another 500 to fix the gate. The total was job was to cost ******* I have given him ******* total and now he is not showing up or returning phone calls and even requested another 500 ,he even threatened to remove the gate which would of been fine with me because I am out of **** for a piece of unusable junk .I have since contacted 3 fence contractors that said its going to cause 1800-**** to fix the gate and all three said it was a terrible job im not a contractor but I can see its a botched job
