      Customer service won't respond to email or phone calls. Will not purchase another Rossi.

      I wouldnt buy Rossi again. I bought 1 rifle, and shot ***** rounds, 1 round didnt seat properly, and cause the shell to explode and squib load. Had to take apart to clean all fragments out, and asked a general question to the company. They said it wasnt their fault, and said for $65 they would inspect and put parts needed. They offer shipping for $50 so $115 for a bad gun to repair ????? never again. Now I know why they are so cheap.
