    DRX put a new roof onto my house last summer (2023). This summer it was raining inside of my garage. I contacted DRX in July (2024) to let them know and to fix the roof and all of the damage inside of my attic and my ceiling. Took multiple calls and text messages to get ***** to respond to me. He assured me they would come out and fix everything. It is now 10/31/24. Nothing has been fixed and he hasn't responded to any of my messages since then. So much for the so-called warranty. Buyer beware this company is obviously only out to get your money then they ghost you. Subpar quality, customer service and a total lack of professionalism. Not to be trusted. Now considering obtaining an estimate of damages and taking them to civil court.
