    Please beware of Advanced Refrigeration in *********** **. We are out over a thousand dollars after trusting them to replace a wall air conditioner at our condo in ********* **. They gave ** a defective unit and refused to take it back or swap it out. They took it to their shop and plugged it in and said it worked fine. Brought it back to us and it would not work properly. They asked us to get an electrician (at our expense) to check the outlet and breakers which we did and all checked out fine. They questioned the licensed electricians word and still would not swap out the unit. Finally had to give up and start over with another company. Bought the same unit from another company and it works fine. We hope nobody else goes through what we did. Such a waste of time and money.

    As I stated before, we did go over your ** here in our shop. Our tech checked the ** & found nothing wrong with it. We ran the ** for 20+ hours & it never once shut off by itself. Myself & two others continually checked your ** to make sure it hadn't shut off. It didn't. There was zero evidence of anything wrong with the unit.

    As I also stated, we could've gone through the manufacturer to swap out your unit (free of charge to you, as well as us) but they require a report from our tech stating what is faulty with the unit. There was absolutely nothing we could report so that wasn't an option. Since the ** didn't shut off & was working as it should while here in our shop, we can only assume then that there is something wrong electrically in the residence.

    I'm sorry that your experience wasn't better. I wish it had been.
