    On February 6, 2023 I went to the website www,***********.com to purchase six bars of Scented Shave Soap and paid $29.94 for the items. Two things made me reconsider my purchase; one upon looking at my shelves immediately afterwards I realized I already had enough of the product on hand to realize that the purchase was unnecessary and two that the real name of the company I was dealing with was Universal Beauty Products with which I had had a bad experience days earlier by purchasing three bars of the same product via Amazon.com for $9.99 and received only one of the three bars I had paid for in the mail. Amazon immediately refunded the amount I paid when I pointed this out but thinking I was dealing with a company named ****************** and not Universal Beauty Products when I came across the aforementioned website I initially went ahead with the purchase. So on February 7, I sent a cancelled order/refund request by email then called the company directly at its contact number of ************** where I repeated this request to a sales rep who cancelled the order and granted the refund request. This was immediately reflected in my order history which reads as follows: Order History Date AddedStatusComment 02/06/2023Processing02/07/2023CanceledORDER IS CANCELLED PER CUSTOMER REQUEST.WILL BE REFUNDED. I was told that it would take three business days or less for the refund to process. After the third business day no refund had been issued & I called back to ask why. I was told that four business days & not three were needed for the refund to process. By day five no refund had processed at which point I went to their ************************ everyone of this problem & said that a complaint to the BBB if I received no response. Having received neither a response nor a refund I followed up on my promise to file this complaint. Nowhere is Universal Beauty Products mentioned on their website which led me to wrongly file my original complaint under ******************.
