  JPL Masonry is a trusted business. ****, the owner, is knowledgeable, professional, fair, and transparent in his pricing. He gets the job done quickly and works with the customer to ensure they are satisfied. When you call for a job, he promptly responds, and if he thinks it does not need to be done or there is a fix that will be less costly, he is not hesitant to tell you that. This means that when he says something needs to be repaired or finds something unexpected, you can be sure that he is honest and that it needs to be done. His professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, honesty, and pricing transparency are what all businesses should strive to have.

  *** and his team at JPL Masonry are master craftsmen. Background: I have had a leak in my roof for nearly a decade, and it persisted even after I replaced my roof. Someone recommended *** at JPL Masonry to inspect my chimney. ***** response time was nearly instantaneous. When I contacted him via his cellphone (which he answered on the first attempt to contact him) we scheduled an inspection for the next day. He came over and diagnosed the cause and origins of the leak around the chimney and gave me a detailed quote with respect to the work he would be performing and the costs of material and labor to complete the job. He further warranted that he would stand behind his work. The price for his professional services was reasonable since the problem had persisted causing massive damage to my ceilings inside my home and needed to be repaired. Once the weather improved where he could safely bring his crew out to do the work, *** personally supervised and assisted his crew in performing the necessary work to repair the chimney and damaged portions of the roof. He also installed a chimney sleeve that had been missing as well. He did the bulk of the work in one day, and then came over two more times to ensure that the work was completed up to his professional ************ rained yesterday, and the leak is now gone. In my opinion *** and JPL Masonry stand alone above the competition. Over the decade many other roofing "experts" have tried to diagnose and repair that chimney leak to no avail. Finally, the JPL Masonry team's kindness and professionalism cannot be overlooked. They left the jobsite cleaner than when they arrived. *** and JPL Masonry are a rare breed these days in combining honesty in their business practices with making sure the job is done thoroughly and professionally to the customer's satisfaction. Final Grade: A+ (highest).

  We called John to build a brick mailbox at our house. From the very first phone call John was such a professional and very accommodating. We talked though styles and finishes and he made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. His work is second to none and i would highly recommend his work. He was quick, clean and efficient, and always communicating though the entire job, sending me pictures along the way of the process. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Can't wait for my next masonry project.... JPL is my first call!

  *** did a fantastic job! We needed a chimney liner installed and he was able to complete the job in a perfect timeline before the holidays. He was meticulous with his work, kept his job site clean, and when he was finished, you couldn't even tell where he worked. He blended the repairs right into the existing chimney. He is professional, efficient, and extremely talented. I will be hiring him for any masonry needs I have in the future and cannot recommend him highly enough. Great work!!

  **** did a great job fixing a horrible fireplace job we had previously done by someone else. He was kind and easy to work with. I highly suggest hiring him for your fireplace needs!!

  *** came out to look at our chimney and gave us the estimate within 24 hours. ********* didnt try to sell more than we needed done and was very knowledgeable when we had questions. *** completed the job on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. Thank you ***!
