    On Feb 6th I ordered from this company . I received my order on 8th it was missing one item. I sent two chat messages, two emails and no response. I called the customer service number on the 10th spoke to a person that said the manager was out and he would call me when he returned. I never received call I called back on that next Monday spoke to someone who said the manager was out and so I have told both of these ladies the issues they both said that the item would be mailed out and I would receive a email once mailed if I didnt hear from the manager. I never heard anything. I called back twice the 14th got the same run around, no manager , no call , no email, no resolution. All I asked for what the item to be sent out that wasnt in my order. I would just like my money at this point, because clearly me supporting your business isnt important to you. Missing the *********** for *****

    I have made multiple purchases from this company/seller in the past without any issues. However, I made multiple purchases towards the beginning of November and 5 items were not shipped. I tried reaching the company via multiple avenues (their website, email, etc.), and didn't hear back from them until I reached out to the third-party payer system and stopped payment because I didn't receive my purchases. The seller/compnay admitted to being at fault and stated they would refund me my money, but has yet to give me a refund. Additionally, the seller blamed me for their employees/company's shortcomings. I just want the company to either send me the missing items I putchased or refund me my money. I have not heard from the seller since they admitted fault, but shifted blame.
