    On October 25, 2022 I contracted with JW Reynolds company (agreement attached) to attach vases to the tombstone of my parents. Money was paid to this company to complete the task. Since that time, I have sent numerous emails asking for the status of completion and have received either incomplete information or no information. Emails are attached. I am simply seeking asking assistance in the company completing the task that they were contracted to complete and at this point, a refund of the fee.

    This is in  response to the customer and his complaint. The customer did not contact us about this issue before submitting this complaint to the BBB.  We would have been happy to assist and resolve the issue even though the issue he has is not related to the service we provide.  I have spoken with the customer today and he has said that he would be removing his complaint after I spoke with him. We did not sell the vases or the monument/headstone to him.  We simply attached the vase as a courtesy to him.  The headstone got cold and what we had adhered to it came off. We brought them back and told him we would reattach the vases as soon as the weather would cooperate.
