    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Pulse Dance Studio in Pilsen, *******, and its director, ***************************. My complaint relates to an unresolved payment issue and a severe lack of communication.I commissioned Pulse Dance Studio to create a custom costume with an $80 down payment. However, despite our agreement, I have not received the costume or any updates on its progress. My attempts to reach out to Pulse Dance Studio and ******************************* have been met with silence.My primary concerns are as follows:Non-Delivery of Commissioned Costume: I have not received the costume despite my payment.Lack of Communication: Pulse Dance Studio and ****************** have not responded to my numerous attempts to contact them, leaving me in financial distress and uncertainty.Failure to Uphold Agreed-Upon Terms: The agreement was for the remaining payment to be made upon costume completion, a term not honored by Pulse Dance Studio.I am seeking the following resolutions:A refund of the $80 down payment.An explanation for the lack of communication and unfulfilled agreement terms.A commitment to resolve this matter promptly and provide the costume as originally agreed upon or offer a suitable resolution.I kindly request your intervention to ensure a fair and timely resolution.     A deposit was made on August 15 of $400 for pulse dance choreography for future services. During which ************************* would make a contract and then send to me for next years event. No contract was received from his end. I reached out multiple times trying to obtain the contract. ***** told me he would have that ready by August 23,2022 which was not received. I gave him an additional 7 days from the date he provided me to send or communicate with me regarding the contract. He did not reach out nor send this to me as requested. On August 30th I reached out advising ***** that I was no longer interested in his services and no longer wanted to continue with pulse dance studio. He requested that I give him until 10pm so that he may wrap up his dance lessons. At 11pm he messaged me requesting information was needed for the contract because he could not pull up the file. I replied with I no longer need the services and with all due respect was requesting a full refund. I received no reply after that message. I then reached out to the ************************* via text advising her that I had a conversation with ***** and requested the deposit back. If not received I would have to go to the ************************ and file a complaint with the BBB. ***** had requested that I give him until 09/05 to get the refund sent to me. Nothing was refunded as of 09/06. No services provided by the studio, no contract and no responses given by either ************************* or ************************* after attempting to obtain back a refund for no services or contract made.
