    BEWARE LENSCRAFTERS; THEYRE A RIP OFF Just had a final conversation with a representative from LensCrafters. My optometrist wrote a prescription for me that didnt work. I saw him again and again they didnt work. It was decided that my best vision was without glasses. I brought them to LensCrafters and was told that they were outside the 30 day guarantee. They had been remade twice but that didnt count. Its 30 days from your first purchase. Common sense does not prevail. Their policy is cast in stone. They are NOT customer friendly. Everyone reads the same script which is company friendly not people friendly. They will do nothing to helpNOTHING. Since there are now many places to get eyeglasses, I suggest you use any place but LensCrafters.
