      I normally don't write many reviews but I thought I should write one for Istorm Recovery. I am extremely happy with my decision to call them for my first inspection in my home. I was so impressed from the very beginning with their Professionalism. Everyone from the owner Rey to the crew was very responsive and delivered on what they promised and more. I Highly recommend this company. Excellent service!!

      Istorm Recovery has been such a huge help throughout this entire process! We were able to get a new roof, gutters and siding covered by our insurance due to damages from a hail storm. Michelle and Rey took great care of us and addressed any questions and concerns that we had during the entire process and were completely focused on making sure all of our questions were answered and addressed. Each of them made sure that we understood the entire process, were very transparent and worked with our schedules to make sure they took care of all our needs. We would recommend Istorm Recovery to anyone that needs great quality and great company to work with. Istorm Recovery will 100% be my first choice if needed again in the future ! Thank you for making this such a great easy experience.

      Istorm Recovery was one of the best decisions we’ve made as homeowners. The entire team’s workmanship and attention to detail were extremely comforting , and they made sure everything was handled smoothly. We really appreciated their professionalism and how easy they were to communicate with. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself. My in-laws are now in process of doing work with Rey!
      Rey also supplied me with extensive knowledge, regarding roofing material and the comparisons between roofing materials.
      In addition, he was extremely professional, and he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, he really helped ease my mind with the whole project.

      We couldn't be happier with the replacement of our roof. The entire process was handled professionally from the very beginning. The clean up and care of my home was beyond what we expected and greatly appreciated. If you need any work on your house , we can't recommend Istorm Recovery enough.

      We couldnt be happier with the entire IStorm Recovery staff (shout out to ***)the owner/ My sales rep * and ******** * the Office Manager) they both played a part in my new roof and gutters! Throughout the entire process* their professionalism* and knowledge were outstanding. Even the crew that came out to do the tear off and new roof installation were very professional and made sure my property was fully cleaned before leaving each day! My house looks amazing! I highly recommend IStorm Recovery and all services they can provide. Give them a chance and you will NOT be disappointed.

      I went to a friend named ****** because I needed a new roof. His lack of communication was horrible. Never returned calls nor texts. I communicated this to him and his boss several times. No resolution. We switched to *******. Very similar situation in the begining. It got better. Now I have potential warranty needs and *** the owner and ******* promise dates to discuss my concerns. They never returned calls at the time they say they would. Its so frustrating. A job of over $40K. I dont recommend to no one. This is ridiculous.
