      One of my windows had a broken inner seal which caused condensation between the window panels. After sometime the company finally came out to look at the window condition and advised that they will be ordering a new window for installation. I waited several months and many phone calls to find out when the window will be installed. An employee came over one day to show me a picture of supposedly my window that was broken upon delivery at the store location. And that they were going to order a new window. Also I was advised ** have to pay an installation fee, which I agreed to. I never heard back from the company regarding the new window. I was calling several times a week for months, leaving messages and never had a response. Its been one year since my first contact to have the window replaced, by the way, it has a lifetime warranty. All I want is to have my window replaced under the warranty. I would also like to have the installation fee waived since the company has been so delinquent in responding to me.

      Hello, this customer has been visited already in early Feb and her issue was resolved. It was a small locking adjustment.

      Her complaint had to do with communication. Weve had a serious health matter with our father recently and fell behind on return a few calls. This complaint should be removed as it was never really any valid complaint. Thank you!

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      It took me a few days to calm down from Aire Tights response.  This was clearly not a simple locking issue.  I feel very confident in knowing how to lock the window since Ive had them for well over 12 years.  My complaint had nothing to do with a locking issue.  As I can understand a family health concern, their response was equivalent to my dog ate my homework.  Phone calls were never returned to advise that the matter was closed and Im sure a new window was never reordered after I was shown the broken window.   I was able to contact the manufacturer directly and was provided information on ordering a new window.  Why cant Aire Tight??

      All this leads back to the fact that the window is under warranty and I would like Aire Tight to honor the warranty by replacing the window and installing a new window.  Whats the problem?  

      Aire Tight has done a ton of work in this complex over the years.  I find it amazing that they have failed miserably with warranty work.

      I will not accept the response until Air-Tite has contacted me directly, will agree to waive the installation fee and have the warranty replacement window installed to my satisfaction.  

      Hopefully Air-Tite will be able to find me as the correct customer and fulfill the warranty of the replacement.

      Good morning, in reference to our last BBB response, we had inadvertently and unintentionally answered what we thought was the same customer with a similar name. I just emailed this particular customer and I will give her a call today personally and get it resolved it is not a tough resolution. We just got her mixed up with a different customer with a similar Condo application. 

      If you could please let her know that Ill be contacting her as I said I also emailed her and will call her directly today.
