  I took my airstream camper for appraisal of the following items. Waterlines, Sewer lines, old need replaced they were leaking. Replace A old Airconditoner on roof. The gray water hoses and attachment old and leaking. The Gray water tank leaking; it had to be a airstream according to fit height and width of unit as factory designed it so or it would drag and become to heavy challenging the structure and support for small 20 foot trailer. The fresh water was leaking as well needed replaced. Water heater needed replaced, Water pumps and He never did this. Left us with ruptured lines, the handicap was stolen. I need it back. The replacement was done with out conference and as I am handicap 71 years old it is without fulfillment to me. Air conditioner cover was old disregarded. The propane tanks and connections caused a problem on interestate. He was to replace with new ones instead he sat them in without fasten and hoses all old and connections never changed.
  cut the underside to change tanks which we never were informed about. The original wood and supports gone. We leaked water sewage and performance of all these items indicated nevered worked on correctly.
  We were told it would be $5000.00. He did not honor the bid and denied it. But taking the camper to other repair for campers we learned the seriousness of his failures as we had water all over when they tried to put in water and run toilet and use winterizing pumping in the fluid only to have the unit leak everywhere. The unit is worse than when we spent money of $8000 and other chargers. He was not only dishonest but evasive. For months I called and waited with all his excuses. He never did any work or new parts. I want to emphasize no new parts they crumbled and separated and would not work as safely. The propane tanks bounced down a interstate. Two of them and never fastened or new propane lines or safety appliances changed. He is angry hot tempered called me a old woman faking disability. I dont easily walk he said I was just fooling everyone.
  I have been on disability since 2005 after cancer ended my teaching career. He was horrible dishonest rude and violent in threatening actions in his office were terrible. I want to be allocated release and refund of $8000 on ********. I will need to continue with more charges and repairs to this unit on top of those started.

  He charged $66.18 for additional key copies 3 total. But never was
  included but charged when we picked up the trailer.

  I attached a signed document showing patient acknowledges and understood the price for this final lower partial.  Also a chart note that negates his claim in this dispute.  Patient was aware of the price for 6 months before he came in for his final.
