      This company is outstanding!!!! They have done so much work for us and have been professional, respectful and they respond quickly if you have an emergency. We had 3 emergency and they were here in mins. They have never pushed anything on us. They talk about our opinions. I would recommend this company to everyone the prices are good. You can't take negative reviews and judge off that all the time you have to consider that you can't always make everyone happy. Some people are in a nice way sour and these wonderful companies suffer from people that are just sour/toxic. Great work Pruitt Mechanical Services we will always use your company for any and all our needs to keep our house safe .

      This place mainly try’s to push new units on people instead of fixing anything. We have two units in our house they replaced one unit for us, but it literally has been nothing but problems. They have been out five time in six months every aspect of the unit has not worked the first time we tried to use it. The most recent problem caused us to have a busted pipe. Our second unit had problems the beginning of this winter *** came out and quoted us 1800 dollars to fix it but it really should just be replaced he said. We had someone else come look at it and it was running with in 20 minutes and was such an easy fix they didn’t even want to charge us. I wouldn’t ever trust them if they say you need a new unit, at this point I wouldn’t trust anything they say.
