    I have purchased this house 1 yr. ago. When 1st purchased, a man came out to do service. I advised we were the new owners and do not need service as we have a VA loan & all inspections were done on the house. **** continuous to send letters regarding the prior owners have a *********** can use it. I have called and let them know we don't want their srvc. Today a man showed up with equipment to read the implanted green sticks that have been left in our yard for a year now. I told him we do not have service with them. He let me know that I needes to call the ofc. & update my info. I do not have an obligation to this company and I requested him to get off my property as now I feel I am being harassed by this company! I called & spoke to a rude lady that still was pushing the issue to join or to get their green sticks. I told her they can come get the useless sticks or I can put them on the curb. I request that this company stop harassing us and remove this location from their files

    We treated the termites for that residence and it passed because of our product.  Our product was the reason it passed inspection for the financing.  We were not solicitating or trying to collect any money from her.  She opened the door and cursed out our technician.   I went out there to explain the situation to her.   We get out there and she cursed me out and said she was not going to buy our products or services.  We were literally servicing a product and that's all.

    I had to call the police. This business biw has been notified by the *************** that this company would be trespassing if they come back onto the property. Officer ***** at ************************** took my call and contacted this company.  Thank you

    This company came out in June to treat for roaches. They said give it until August but there are more roaches than before. They are wanting to charge me for two more treatments when they said the first treatment would work, guaranteed. I paid $210 for two treatments and they guaranteed the roaches would be gone and they are not.

    Mrs ***** called and set appointment with ****, our secretary. As you can see on the attached doc, **** did notate when she set the appointment that she gave her a price for monthly (it is time and date stamped in the note **** made). We do not have a guarantee and Mrs ***** was aware of this when we set up the appointment. We hardly ever have to put anyone on a monthly with roaches, this would have actually been the first monthly this year that was needed. When I spoke with Mrs ****** she was non stop cursing at me when first answered the phone telling me how **** did mention a monthly but its BS and just went on cursing at me. The pdf with the screenshot of the note is proof that we did inform Mrs ***** that she may need to be put on monthly. We do not have a guarantee.
