    Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Arrogant We hired ****** Desarden to handle a tax correction. Initially, he was confident, but once hired, he became unresponsive to my wifes emails, forcing me to step in. After weeks of delays, the *** issued a balance due, which we paid, assuming the matter was resolved. Then we received a collection notice.After 8 days of silence, ****** finally responded, telling us to refile the exact same amended return. My wife confirmed shed pick up the paperworkhe ignored her. That evening, we got an IRS Notice of Deficiency stating no correction was possible. When I called, he had no clue who I was and then smugly told me I "dont understand how things work" because he has 30+ years of experience.He admitted he ignores clients when theres no "progress," falsely claimed my wife never responded (we have proof), and then stated we were not a priority because we dont have an investment account. His lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability is unacceptable.Avoid ****** *********************************************** & Associatesfind someone who actually values their clients.
